In their site there’s the next statement: We are always on the lookout for new talents, and the work of budding artists is shown side by side with a unique selection of work by painters and sculptors from France and abroad whose renown goes well beyond our borders.
If they are “always” looking for new talents why don’t introduce myself?
I realized something: I’m starting to talk about me immediately and I think that’s not a good strategy and I don’t know why I keep doing this. Everybody likes to talk about themselves, so I have to start talking about the gallery, the space, their work, their artists, what the press say about them. We are always on the lookout for new talents, and the work of budding artists is shown side by side with a unique selection of work by painters and sculptors from France and abroad whose renown goes well beyond our borders. Well, at least I have learned one thing up to now: to start a conversation, ask about the counterpart, do not talk about yourself at the beginning and let that the conversation keeps flowing.
But anyway, why they didn’t answer? Social media is not a one way communication channel, we have to exploit that, social media is a way to create a global community even if you are in the most solitaire place of the world, so don’t be shy and engage in a conversation every time you have an opportunity, it will be worthy.
